They might end up doing that. They might not.
I’m not a perfect parent and I’m kidding myself if I think both my kids will save themselves for marriage. But Im going to do my best and do want them to respect women.
And not get #metoo’d.

Teach them to be gentlemen, but not gentle men.
To know the part to play in each scene. For we all wear different masks at times. Teach them to guard themselves, to play it smart in this brave new world. Warn them against the wickedness of women scorned. Teach them to be men that other men and women want to be around.
Unfortunately our hormones drive us to stupidity.
The gods were cruel that hung a man’s weakness between his legs and placed a woman’s strength between hers.
