Pike county , 38 degrees, ladder stand on creek. Cold and calm. Last morning hunt of 2018. Didn’t waste time checking camera before getting in stand to avoid being aggravated seeing bucks at night

Decided to sleep in this morning. Idk why cause I was up at 5 anyway. Gonna finish deboning the deer from yesterday and make some adjustments to bow stands and try to finish the season strong

Good luck to the OB today. Bet the deer move before the arctic front comes through.

They are saying the precipitation will be early morning here. I’m sure the wife and kids will be off school tomorrow. I love the snow but dread the pine limbs falling onto the power lines. We were out for 3 days last time it snowed.

I had Grand Jury Duty 5 years ago back when it was Snowpocalypse. It was not fun driving in it.

Sat down in the stand at 3:30 and as soon as my butt hit the seat a doe and 2 yearlings came by. Saw several deer mid day as I was out bait big bow stands and moving cameras to off season spots.
