If Trump declares SOE on the wall and proceeds, what to the Dems cram into their CR

There's no deal on DACA and TPS right now. Nancy Pelosi wants to play hardball, why aren't we starting the process of deporting the DACA and TPS people now?

I live in Florida, I've seen the TPS (specifically Haitians) at work. They are lazy, ungrateful, have an attitude that we need to adapt to them and turn the areas they live in into a 3rd world hellhole. It's amazing what's happened to some communities since Haitians took over. They aren't the victims the media portrays them to be.

I believe daca is still in the courts with a stay order? Something lost on this is there are far more daca eligible than are in the system, many did not sign up for fear of being listed and thereby found it daca was revoked, do these get included in a deal?

Nancy will ask for all you mentioned, she will also try and bring back DAPA which was amnesty for the parents of DACA. Hell she might invent DAGRANDPAPA and try and start a policy for the grandparents as well.

TPS varies by country. There are different timelines of expiry dates. That program is an absolute mess. Hell there are 200,000 El Salvadorians that have had their status kicked down the road since 1990, thats right, 1990, they dont have anchor babies, they have anchor grandbabies, how the frick ya gonna send them home. There are several countries with thousands of people. Haitians, I think their status has already expired and Trump was gonna send them home, thats why they were headed to Canada and soyboy all of a sudden doesnt want immigrants.
