Twitter posters seem to think she did cancel the SOTU a second time. If she does cancel it its because she doesn't want RBG to be missing or worse to show up to the SOTU.

Not so fast! #IronladyPelosi hasn't yet determined and communicated a "mutually agreeable" date on which the cancelled SOTU address would be rescheduled for. It could take place end February or some time in the future, depending on #Individual1 's conduct. #TrumpShutdown
