We had an inground fiberglass pool growing up....my dad installed it sometime in the 80's and we had a blast with it all through my high school years......it cracked a few too many times and once my sister and I moved out it wasnt worth it for him to keep repairing it, so it lasted about 20 years and he had enough and filled it in and made a nice green space.
