I’m talking about working at the school.

If you want to be worth anything in your profession, you’d better be doing something outside of those school hours. As you mentioned, it’s called being a professional.

But the fact that there are people on here who also state that ‘nobody tells them they had to work there’ and things like that contradict what you mentioned about putting in time to your craft off the clock.
