They don't have to show that shite. Just say on the next episode "Sgt_Lincoln_Osiris has been evicted for not being the master of his domain in the shower last night" (queue the sad walk out music as he leaves the house)
They'd have to absolutely show the the men pretending to be gay 24/7. The entire show would be about straight guys trying to be gay.
ETA:
The attractive part is so the hookers will actually be attracted to them. Gotta create some real sexual attention.
