Breaking it down:

Kurt Coleman: 7mil cap hit, 4mil saved
Cameron Meredith: 6.456mil cap hit, 3.7mil saved
Derek Newton: 930k cap hit, 930k saved

38 man roster, 28mil in cap space

Mark Ingram: 3/20mil extension, 6mil signing bonus, 10mil guaranteed. yearly breakdown:
2019: 1mil base, 2mil prorated
2020: 5mil base, 2mil prorated, 500k roster, 250k workout
2021: 6.5mil base, 2mil prorated, 500k roster, 250k workout
- 3mil in cap space | 25mil

Craig Robertson: 2/4mil. He's 30, limited role player, special teams guy.
- 1.5mil in cap space | 23.5mil

Chris Banjo: 2/4mil, 28, limited, also special teams guy
- 1.5mil in cap space | 22.0mil

Will Lutz: 2nd round tender
- 3.11mil in cap space | 18.9mil

Cameron Tom: ERFA
- 645k in cap space | 18.23mil

Zach Wood: ERFA
- 645k in cap space | 17.59mil

Dez Bryant: extension
- 1.5mil in cap space | 16.09mil

After all that: 45 guys on the roster

Last 3 guys:
PJ Williams
Why? Could arguably bring him back. He played well down the stretch. Because Patrick Robinson seems to never stay healthy, could always use more CBs.

Why Not? Limited nickel corner where you already invested significant $$ to for PRob. Would be smarter to go after an outside corner as the dropoff after Apple/Lattimore is subtantial

Tyeler Davison
Why? Above average NT who can stuff the run, eat blocks, and builds continuity. With Rankins being out half the season....might be smart to keep the line as in tact as possible. Upgrade and depth is a possibility, but I think its smarter to do it at the 3-tech for now.

Why not? Stallworth came on late in the season and showed he could be the guy in the couple games Davison was out with an injury.

Bridgewater
Why? He could be your future, done
Why not? $$$$$$$$$, simple as that.

That means going into the draft, the holes would be:
Offensive
TE1, WR2, Backup QB, and backup OL

Defensive
3-tech DT, backup LB, backup CB, backup S

Notable names in FA pool that fit our need:
WR: Golden Tate, Cole Beasley, Adam Humphries, Devin Funchess, Russell Shepard, Jordan Matthews
TE: Tyler Eifert (ugh injury prone), Jared Cook (bridge), Maxx Williams, Clive Walford, Nick Boyle
DT: Ndamukong Suh, Gerald McCoy (if rumors if him being released are true), Sheldon Richardson, Bennie Logan, David Irving, Grady Jarrett (ohhh boy)

We should be just fine in the slot if PRob & PJ Williams (assuming we re-sign him) are fully healthy in 2019.

We definitely need another outside CB though. Lattimore/Apple are the starters, & Hardee hasn't proven that he's more than just a ST guy. We're 1 injury away from being screwed at outside CB.

I think this is more important than a lot of people think. We have damn good starters, but I don't think it would be wise to assume that we'll be healthy in 2019.

Hopefully the backup is as good as Kelemete, but with a much bigger ceiling (if we draft an OL). If we find our #6 OL through free agency...2019 production is all that matters.
