This is your problem. O is the boss. Not Aranda or Canada.
O says what goes and for some reason you don't get it. Canada went behind O's back to Alleva. I don't know how much work experience that you have but the boss is the boss. If you butt heads with him you've got to go. If you don't believe it go to the head burger flipper where you work and tell him frick you. You'll be fired from your assistant burger flipper job.
There's no way to spin it that Aranda and Canada were right. Even if they had a point.

There were kids that weren't picking up the offense as fast as the others. They had to start out of necessity and O asked Canada to simplify the offense to accommodate the kids. Canada told O frick you.
Whether you like it or not O was and is the boss. Canada should have come to some sort of agreement rather than shutting down and letting the game get out of hand.
