Good enough for me. Did the St.Jude 5k in December, and didn't drink anything before or during the race, and cramped the frick up in last 200 yards. Never again will i be passing up water/gatorade while running.
Zero ambition to go any further. Good distance to run or walk, and enjoy the day out with people, but not long enough to make you want to go home and lay in a tub for 5 hours..
That's 3 miles bro. I run that nearly every day going to the gym
