POTUS is brilliant. What he proposed yesterday is what Pelosi wanted in fair negotiation. The turtle was reported as being pissed off Pelosi historically uninvited the President to SOTU. So Turtle gets the current bill passed...

And here is the key to it all...

Pelosi has been stomping her heels like a child; because she doesn't want the bill to go to the floor. She knows all of the new freshmen that gave her the gavel will vote for it and it would pass. At the same time if she won't even bring it to the floor after turtle passes it-she looks like a complete hack and risks losing her gavel. She wants that gavel, she is boxed in by the hard radical left and freshmen- and she will eventually have to emerge and please the new freshmen.
