It's the Louisiana catastrophe syndrome. These people have been beaten down by the politicians they elect, their wives cheating on them, and all the other BS that comes with living in Louisiana.
This board allows them to accept bad news and revel in it and the good news is where they get to bitch in order to feel like real men.
