Two of the Lady Tigers’ signed recruits have received McDonald’s All American nominations: 5-star TiaraYoung and 4-star Dominique Davis. Can’t wait to see them in purple and gold next season!

There was a promotion about a month ago that brought elementary and middle school students to LSU to watch the Lady Tigers play McNeese. We brought some students to the game on a field trip.
I was surprised to learn that 4 of the 5 starters on the team are from Georgia, and the 5th is from London, England. What’s up with that?

Idk, take good players from where you can get???
Well anyway, these two ladies mentioned in the original post are both Louisiana players. I think they are making a more concerted effort to land Louisiana players, but that’s just what I heard through the rumor mill, take from it what you will.

5-star TiaraYoung
Tiara needs 28 points to surpass Kim Mulkey on the LA state scoring list. She is on track to wind up on top of the state's list of all-time scorers and top four all-time nationally.
LSWA 1st-team 5A All-State in 2018.
USA Today 1st-team All-Louisiana in 2017.
LSWA 2nd-team 5A All-State in 2017.
LSWA 1st-team 5A All-State in 2016.
Path for Walker's Young to becoming one of the nation's elite players, scoring more than 4,000 points filled with hard work, dedication at an early age

Impressive recruits for sure and considering how far we have fallen not sure why they chose us but looking forward to seeing them...with a new coach...

Katie Antony who is on that top 10 list, actually scored over 6,000 points but since she started as a sixth grader they would only count 9-12 grade seasons for that record. She well over 6,000 and 5 state championships.
