Rams say Superdome noise overrated

quote:

“Spending some time with some Rams players, (they said) the noise didn’t bother them the first time around,” said Silver. “This is a direct taunt to the fans of New Orleans. They thought the noise wasn’t as bad as advertised. They operated fine.” Why the Rams players would let this news get out is puzzling. Why make an already hostile environment even more hostile? One can assume the Who Dat Nation’s response to these comments would simply be: “Challenge accepted.”

To everyone attending the game Sunday, I encourage you to get as loud as possible even if that means somewhat bending the rules with some "under the radar noisemakers".

I will be in attendance, my best practices as a season ticket holder has been the following:

1) Sneak in a fully plastic body whistle, easy to get through security
- My go to noisemaker is the Hyper whistle, this thing is incredibly loud but should only be used when the crowd is roaring since you could stick easily out if you don't use common sense
- Fox40 whistle, use alot as well, not as loud but louder than you could ever yell and very efficient
- I've been doing this all season with no issues, although I do bring some courtesy ears plugs just in case someone in front of me complains

- Hyper whistle - $11 LINK
- Fox40 - $5 LINK

2) Bring spare change, my tradition is to slam a 25oz beer early in the first quarter then load it up with a ton of pennies and a couple nickels. Very effective and easy combo with the whistle.

3) Since its playoffs, I'm stretching my noise making target and have bought 5 dozen plastic whistles that I will be handing out in champion square and in my section as well.
- Dozen whistles for $4 LINK

Rams fans don't travel worth a damn this our opportunity to absolutely rock the dome and screw up Goff's ability to get guidance from his daddy McVay on every play.

Let's go! Who Dat!
