Certainly, that is the entire point of property tax incentives and it certainly spurs economic growth otherwise we wouldn't be discussing the "dire" ramifications to Zachery.
The salient issue, whether you like Together Baton Rouge or not, is why are the tax breaks that are given by LA so much higher than any other state even for the same industry/companies when there isn't a corresponding growth in the economy. On the surface, it would seem other states get the same or more for less, if you have better sources that suggest otherwise I would be interested.
