you don't have to understand it. Get over in the right lane- also called the slow lane- so the "baw" can do what he wants. You suffer neither profit nor loss from the way he drives his truck.

You do look insecure and meddlesome tho, by worrying about what he is doing when you should be worrying only about yourself.
