I didn't see that, but I didn't see it disclosed as refurb either. At that price, and from TechRabbit, I assumed refurb. I have refurb bulbs from them so I went ahead and ordered this too.

Yeah, my bad. It doesn’t say new but the box shown is new and it doesn’t say refurbished. Either way, it’s a fricking steal. If my 8 packs come in Tuesday with no problem, I may order some more.

Their website sells new and refurbished stuff.
However, the only Hue stuff on their site is refurbished.
Then again, this 4-bulb color starter back is not on their website at all, either. It's just on their Walmart storefront.
If they're refurbished, I'll be annoyed that they mislead me (though probably not purposely), but it's still a great price for refurbs so I'll probably keep them either way as long as they work.
