I do an upper/lower split

Week 1 is: Upper, Lower, Upper
Week 2 is: Lower, Upper, Lower

Sunday: Lift
Monday: Crossfit
Tuesday: Lift
Wednesday: Run (Speedwork)
Thursday: Lift
Friday: Crosffit
Saturday: Run (Long)

Mix in some easy miles on Monday too sometimes
