Roosevelt Enthusiasts: What is your favorite book?

Can be any of his writings, or any of the books about him.
I'm about to start Ranch Life and the Hunting Trail, which is supposedly better than Hunting Trips of a Ranchman. I also have Colonel Roosevelt left to read of the Edmund Morris Trilogy.
To this point though, Theodore Rex is probably my favorite, with Hunting Trips a close second. Morris really did a good job with that series and really gives you a good look at who Roosevelt was.
I hate to say it, but the Strenuous Life was a ridiculously difficult read. I had to labor through that book.

I'm 140 pages into the Rise of Theodore Roosevelt. It's been much better than I expected.

Thoroughly enjoyed "The River of Doubt"
It's in his post-presidential years and he takes a trip down an un-mapped Amazonian river with his son and a few other people.
The trip was very ill-prepared for, therefore a lot did /could have gone wrong.

Just got done reading that one. Probably #3 on my books about and/or written by Roosevelt.
Creepy part is...it wasn't until reading that book that I realized he died on my birthday. 100 years ago this year.

The Edmund Morris books are excellent. That is why I was surprised when he whiffed on the Reagan biography.

Finished it right before Christmas. It was an excellent read.

Mine as well. I have so many that I really like, it's hard to pick one in particular, but HToaR would definitely be in the running.
