Why does Durante always score so low compared to how her routine looks?
Because NCAA judges do not judge routines properly. Placement in the lineup matters. Durante in say Ruby's spot would be at 9.875-9.90
One of the flaws with NCAA Gymnastics unfortunately and I've complained about it for years.
Erin Macadaeg used to get screwed routinely with her routine scores just because she was a lead off
The mindset is, the routines will get better as you move from 1-6
