On WWL radio this morning the popular idea was having Gayle ride out on Tom's golf cart and lead it. Which would be ok.
Here's what I got.
Get a big old school #1 fan foam finger. Attach it to a pole of about 8-10 feet. The pole will be upright but is attached to a system that allows the pole to drop flat onto the ground.
Rig the system to Gleason's communication tablet/system. Bring him out to midfield. When he's ready, he uses his eyes to engage a button on that tablet, to cause the pole to fall down.
Place goes nuts.
