What's he's trying to say is that if the earth used to revolve around the sun 5 times faster, then a human that lives to age 80 today would have lived 400 years back then. Same actual length of time, but earth years would have been counted differently.

But he's ignoring that in order to revolve that quickly, earth would have to be much closer to the sun and would be too hot for life.
