never argued otherwise. Some people make decisions for reasons other than money, however. If White decides to stay, that's what he will be doing. I'm sure he's plenty aware of the risks involved unless he's been living under a rock.

No, because that's not the case. I said total career income, not signing bonus income,

I then stated how injury history can hurt a player's career longevity and chances at large long term contracts.

Yeah, it is. That is objectively a very large sum of money, especially for a player that isn't a super star and might not get a second contract (due to a new injury).
