They give me hemorrhoids, but I admit that my form sucks.

I dont know that bad form causes hemorrhoids.
Deadlifts are fine. I dont know that I have seen anyone hurt themselves doing them, the weaker person is generally limited by grip as much as anything. The only time I came close to hurting myself deadlifting was with the reverse grip and my right bicep.
And high school coaches taught it completely wrong, but that is another thing. They basically eliminated the posterior chain.
Now, crossfit gyms should outlaw the clean. That bastard is going to kill 90% of crossfitters. I have been to multiple gyms over 5 years. It is not bad gym isolated.
