Black Panther was a given to come back. Cash cow and gives them some sjw-cred.
They could leave Spiderman dead, since they reboot that franchise ever 5 years anyways. Spiderman 2 is the kickoff of phase 4 though, so he is back as well
Time travel is rumored, so could be some flashbacks or maybe the real true deaths are coming and they will kill off some original Avengers.
Phase 4 is rumored to be a change up of the MCU, so they really need to kill/remove some of the Phase 1-3 heros.

I have seen a plot synopsis for Spiderman that supposedly reveals one of the deaths. That movie starts minutes after Avengers ends.
