They were filming a movie at an antebellum house behind mine. The homeowner's dog barked at the movie security guard so he called the cops. House was on 8 acres so it was an open area with only a perimeter fence. Coo comes out and shoots the dog for barking at someone on his own property. Dog was some local mutt type that wasn't going to bite anyone. Homeowner, a local doctor, took no action.

Who cares what who was acting like. The cop shot a 8lb dog out of spite. There isn’t an excuse for that level of beta move.
