So who's the poser? The guy who has to pawn his rolex, the guy who buys an imitation....or the guy who gets the watch that he wants at a bargain price.

This guy is the worst. There's nothing wrong with not wanting to spend 5k+ on a watch. There is something wrong with not wanting to spend 5k+ on a watch, but then buying something that looks exactly like the 5k+ watch so that people think you spent 5k+ on a watch.
It would be like buying a Miata that was modified to look like a Porsche 911 GT3, but still had the lower end internals.
