I bought a 2018 lariat fx4 with the v8 from Supreme in Slidell back in March. Msrp was $62k I paid 48,500 with a spray in bed liner and 0% financing.

I got it for $55,500. :(
You must not have gotten the Platinum Finance Package to go along with it. It protects the paint, tires, wheels, upholstery, etc. I even got a 4 year, 36,000 mile warranty. He wasn't sure, but he thought that was an additional 36,000 over the regular 36,000 mile warranty. We are going to look into it when I go in for my 40,000 mile checkup.

What size wheels?
Add in a $1600 Roll N’ Lock bed cover, weather tech floor mats, leveling kit and you’re right at $52k.
As well as a 120k mile 3 year warranty
That’s how you negotiate
