Are you tracking your macros? If so how are you doing it? Are you being honest with your inputs (I.e. inputting even the smallest of snacks)?

1 meal a day, usually around 7p before going to work. That’s typically a meat like roast with broccoli. I take nothing to work with me. Just water and coffee. At most I’ll have some eggs and bacon when i leave the hospital.

It’s due to lack of sleep. It’ll destroy your weight loss even if everything else is right.
