Whats your fire to keep grinding?

I was never good at consistently working out until I went through a bunch of shitty life stuff. Exercising kept me sane and moving forward. Without it I deteriorate mentally so that has become a major intrinsic motivator and has changed my life.

Shitty stuff in life was my reason to start as well. I needed a place to drain my anger. Over time that particular fire has dwindled.

As of now my youngest is 3. I’ll be 58 when he graduates high school. He has been my most recent motivator to see his best days ahead as his father. As I look around and see so many obese and unhealthy people I think I have it made where I am now.

Thanks for the help everyone. It’s nice to know this “bleh” happens to others. May be just what I needed, knowing it will pass.

Cork: My house is a stones throw from the beach. You saying take a vacation?

Darth: You coming to Reggae Riseup in St Pete this Spring? I’ll buy you some beers if you do.
