This isn't true. I've said it repeatedly that there's a difference between criticism and personal attacks. I'm very critical of the offense but I somewhat understand why the offense is struggling and what is needed to improve. It's just been a perfect storm of bad things that have happened to the offense.

People are holding him to the "no rebuild" comment at his introductory press conference.

Well they shouldn't because it was a silly comment that any new coach with some talent coming back would make to keep the natives from getting restless.

But instead, our stupid frick fan base took it completely literally and are now bitching about O's shortcomings.

If I could change one thing about this program? Bring in an entirely new fan base.

Why the hell not? We had plenty of talent and were supposedly just a coach away from being the best.

Dude, give me break. You yourself were very vocal about just needing to get rid of Les to win and that any idiot could win here.

Such sophistry. He finished tied for second with a team he lost to (TAMU). So in actuality, he finished third in the West. His SEC record was worse this year (5-3) than last year (6-2).

Really???? Particularly at RB and QB I guess huh??? Two positions that might have a little bit of influence on the outcome of the game.

Yes definitely.

hat any idiot could win here.

Don't lump me into this group. I never was a proponent of "anyone can win here." There are too many variables at play in college football to believe in this line of thinking.

Yes, not Guice and LF levels, but good enough talent. You aren't going to have two backs like that on the same team every year.

Why not, you were absolutely part of it. Don't pretend to be rational now.

I'll own it if you can cite one of my posts where I said "anyone can win here."

I wanted Les gone.....did not want O here....and never said anything of the such about what you're claiming.

You're right, you were nothing but rational in all your years of bitching about Les. I clearly just have you confused with some other person

If you think hiring E as OC is NOT part of that "perfect storm of bad things", you're the issue

You're changing your narrative as we speak. I said....again...I wanted Les gone. I NEVER said anyone could win here.

It's not like I don't know who our AD is.

“ why the hell not”

One of the selling points Joe used in his campaign for Coach O was the fact no rebuild was needed. If anything, it was going to be a simple tweaking of what was already going on at LSU. Now, almost 3 yrs after the change, some want to excuse certain team weaknesses due to a rebuild LSU leadership said wasn’t needed.

It’s amusing how some are willing to excuse stuff now that they were never willing to make excuses for before, but each to our own.

You would know all about being a tard or turd or whatever you are trying to say.

Anyway, that's what I think is best for LSU. If you disagree, state your case.

No not the entire fan base...just a loud, obnoxious large minority. That and more filtering on these MBs so that the Gumptard sub human POS posers get kicked out to not further muddy the waters.

I mean, he doesn't have to say anything he can't back up. Naturally it'll be used against him so what's the upside of saying it?
