I had a 330i about 10 years ago. It was nothing fancy, but even my dad said it was probably the best car he had rid in. I couldn't imagine a newer 5 series or higher. One day I'll get a M5 or M6.

Be careful with maintenance/service, it isn't cheap. Don't know how they do it now, but they used to drop the key (literally) into this box on the computer and would give a diagnostic of the car. I took it in for a rear taillight out and it was north of $300 just for the light. Mind you I probably paid $8500 for that car at the time (again, it was an 01 330i)
