If forced to do so they should do the equalivant of this fine piece of taxidermy with their "custom artwork using painting, calligraphy and handlettering".
They are ARTISTS. They could just say that is how they thought the moment was "speaking" to them.
Its like the bakers. If I was them and some a-hole I did not want to help came in and demanded a cake they would get a beautiful cake made with cayenne pepper instead of flour or I would make them a cake that tasted like a hobos arse.
