I'll say it again. We need a real shutdown. A federal employees don't show up for work situation not a "employees work without pay situation".

Air traffic controllers, airport security, FBI, cia, Homeland security, border patrol, food inspectors, center for disease control. Everybody needs to stay home. Flights need to stop and stuff. Then the government will figure things out quick.
