We have some players getting a chance to show what they can do since a few players are not playing the bowl game. Pretty sure they are fired up. And the chances to give a team their first loss in two years should get the rest of the team fired up too.

I don't think the team's interest in this game should be a concern, and if it is then shame on them. I mean, if we can't beat last year's national champion then we should at least be pumped about beating last year's national champion.

I kinda have a different feeling although you could be right. Since injuries and electing not to play have changed the starting rosters, we will have different people in place; however, that hungry “second stringer” might want a chance to shine as he positions himself for spring and summer. At least that’s what I am hoping!

Our third string guys are rated higher than their starters.

I’m not saying it’s a guarantee that we win this game but the fact is, we should be able to line up and just run the ball down their throats all night.

I predict a lower scoring game (21-12 range) but our time of possession on the ball will be ridiculous.

UCF could absolutely beat LSU. I’m surprised so many seem to think LSU winning is a foregone conclusion. LSU will to struggle to win this game.

This is going to be a clinic on why coaching and offensive scheme matters and that you can't play Les Miles/Ed Orgeron ball and just line up and out-talent the other team every time.

LSU might pull it out because the talent disparity is that great and UCFs quarterback is out but the think that LSU was just going to run over an undefeated and well-coached P5 team with a high-flying offense in their national championship?

That's some pretty hardcore homerism

Did y'all forget how tough Troy, Southeastern, Syracuse and La Tech played LSU? And that was in games that matter to LSU. LSU plays down to teams like this.

Pretty sure Devin White would be sitting out as well if the team "wasn't fired up for the game."
