learned in KS last week if a landowner owns both sides of the bank on a river..... they own that part of the river as well

And they can keep people from traveling through the river?


So like, what the hell would happen if that were the law here and you owned land on both sides of the Mississippi River?

I was told you could navigate it but not stop to fish, hunt or anchor there.

yep same out west

you can float and fish the rover but dont anchor down or get out and wade

I know a canal off of Barataria Bay that is 100 feet wide and 8 ft deep that has posted signs on it. Getting ridiculous
