That's an interesting ingredient. Im gathering that you can't really go wrong adding shrimp and sausage of any kind to this dish.

No baw im a coonass from below Houma, we eat rice with everything. You don't like rice, stuff dem merlitons, I don't care. He asked for a recipe and I gave him a good one.
