I do agree that he has limited intelligence. The whole jewelry investment thing speaks to that. I mean he seems like some dude from Zachary who thinks buying cases of baseball cards is the ticket to easy street.
I think Brees is very football smart but he is also the product of a system where if he follows directions he gets the job done.
