Go to QDMA. They had a deer density map and that’s what I would start with. Other considerations are
What is your Land? Pasture or hard woods?
Are woods thick or can you see straigh through them?
Food Source? Acorns, blackberry bushes, grasses
How many deer has this property produced?
Neighbors, what they got? Crops, pasture, Woods? What do they want?
Soil type sandy, clay, what can you grow?

Goals, are your goals aligned with your neighbors and members?
