Around here you get charging hoarders. One person will pick up as many as they can fit in a truck. Maybe like 40 at a time. That person makes good charging money but that leaves other people that want to do it out of luck. So unless your really hustling, making good money charging is hard to do.

I see a bunch of Hispanics doing it in Dallas. They'll be in a little ranger with what looks like 100 scooters

That’s not really hoarding unless they are picking them up before they are supposed to or intentionally holding onto them to raise the rate up
