I hate to hear all of that.
Many people can’t have kids. If you find out you’re one of them, adopt. The most important and rewarding part is raising and loving a child.
Sorry about your dad. I’m going through something very similar with my mom and it feels like the weight of the world is on my shoulders at times. The most important thing is that you take care of yourself. Easier said than done though. It’ll all work out

As a 1/2 adopted kid, my sister fully adopted and many adopted friends, I support this. So many unwanted kids need good families.

FWIW this the absolute worst thing you can tell someone dealing with infertility.
