To my knowledge, guest speakers at megachurches typically get a small amount of money ($1-3k) for speaking during the weekend. It's something, but it's nothing compared to what they get from speaking at big conferences (tens of thousands).

learned from a guy I know that does motivational speaking that $3k is the magic figure to ask for because that's typically the cutoff for spending funds that don't have to go before CFO or comptroller for approval(could have been upped, he told me this a few years back)
