1, just a normal gift like a doll or something. Big gift comes from us.
I wouldn't of did it at all, but it was important to the wife on the condition we tell her as soon as she starts questioning it. Think this will be the last year, she already figured out the mall Santas aren't real and calls them helpers, but she still thinks he is real.

Seriously, you could’ve let the 3 yo enjoy the magic a bit longer.......it’ll never come back:(
