From your diagram, all 3 contacts on the left side of the old unit are tied to the same wire.
On the new unit they just combined the 3 contacts to a single wire, but the same connection can be made.

The way I understand:
Hot(Black) to one side of switch
Hot(Black) to one function
Hot(Black) to one function
(1) White will be hot to one function
All other whites together at unit and at switch
Hot(Black) to one side of switch
Hot(Black) to one function

(1) White will be hot to one function
