My wife’s dad was management at a plant on west side of river, he commuted from denham and finally decided no matter how much money they offered him he was retiring because he wasn’t doing that commute anymore across the river.

Not saying BR shouldn't do it, however, should be fully aware there's close to 0% Bernhard doesn't significantly benefit from this. Additionally, while it may not be a zero sum game, it's probably pretty close.
