Did you miss the part where 77,000 Americans died from fentanyl just last year? To put that in perspective, that’s almost 20,000 more dead IN JUST ONE YEAR from this drug than died in the entire Vietnam War.
So no, the death penalty for those who deal in fentanyl isn’t “a little much”.

So why would we want to ban fentanyl? It’s taking unproductive druggies off the streets by the thousands. As I understand its effects, they just pass out and stop breathing. Seems quite humane.
