You can create your own custom categories that you can sort recipes into that can provide for de facto different cookbooks all contained in one single database.
I may have to use more than 1 program to get what I need.

If you put your recipes on Google drive, you can organize them into folders by category. Then you could turn on link sharing and share with the board.

Rat - Paprika does not have the publishing capability.
The exporting options are there - but limited.
Recipes can be exported as Paprika files - useful only to send to other Paprika users.
The second option is to export as html files - which will also create a clickable index to individual recipes. Any of these can then be saved in PDF format.
There is probably some way to get to what you need using the latter - but you will definitely need at least one more jump to get to a formatted, easily shareable ebook.
