Funny you say this, there was some info that came out today from a local guy who is a liberal and has a radio show.

He said there were 22 witnesses who claimed Michael Brown had his hands up and was shot. AG Holder, DJ, and FBI interviewed all of those witnesses, and in the final report, AG Holder claimed as fact, that all of them were lying or told to spread misinformation about the hands up bullshite.

This never got play, because before that info was 2 come out, Holder had a presser and put out the policing and targeting black motorist agenda fluff piece to push the michael brown lies to the back pages and gone.
