Respectfully disagree. It's a polarizing issue that energizes his base + motivates right thinking fence sitters.

The threat also energizes Tijuana and it’s residents by making it very unsafe for them to stay in Mexico. Cartel business won’t be happy it’s business routes are interrupted.
