How many of you have made mistakes or just not turned out the results that you would have liked and been fired? I hope everyone of you hipocrits that call for someone's job experiences the same results the next time things aren't perfect. Grow up cry babies. LSU fans are the worst and I am embarrassed sometimes to be associated with you. A bunch of divas that know it all......
When a business sees an opportunity for change in a large department, then hires someone to make that change. The expectation is that changes are made and goals are hit, if not, then there's a 99% that person moves on from that position either internally or externally.
This happens on the regular in business.
It isn't about "perfection," that's a worthless narrative. It's about hitting expectations and goals set out by the leadership, and by the person they hire.
